Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups boiled kala chana


  • 1 cups onion paste


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 1 tsp red chilli


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp jerera


  • 3 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take a wok add oil,then oil heat add garlic saute add onion saite
  • then add all madala,ginger and tomato puree mix well then add chana mix.
  • Cook for 5 minites.
  • Serve dry kala chana.
