2 cups boiled kala chana
1 cups onion paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 cups tomato puree
1 tsp salt..as taste
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp jerera
3 tsp oil
Directions
Take a wok add oil,then oil heat add garlic saute add onion saite
then add all madala,ginger and tomato puree mix well then add chana mix.
Cook for 5 minites.
Serve dry kala chana.
